Ariov™ Return & Refund Policy

At Ariov™, we genuinely care about your experience and aim to make things right if something isn’t quite perfect. At the same time, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and to protect both our customers and the Ariov™ brand.


1. Return Eligibility

Ariov™ accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery, even if the item has been gently used — provided it remains in resellable condition and meets our criteria.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item from Ariov™, we will take full responsibility and resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind, Style Preference, etc.)

We understand that a product may not always meet expectations. Please note:

  • Items must be clean, undamaged, and resellable (light use may be acceptable)

  • All non-defective returns are reviewed case by case

  • Not all requests are guaranteed approval

  • Minor color, shape, or design variations are not considered defects


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return with Ariov™, please email support@ariov.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

Our Ariov™ support team will review your request and provide next steps. Unapproved or untracked returns may not be processed.


3. Refund Process

Once your Ariov™ return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Original shipping and return shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to an Ariov™ error or product defect

  • A restocking fee of up to 40% may apply, especially for opened or used items

  • Items returned in unsatisfactory condition may receive a partial refund or be rejected


4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an Ariov™ fulfillment error.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Ariov™ is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.


5. Exchanges

Ariov™ offers exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to stock availability. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with proof of the issue.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For quality control and customer safety, Ariov™ cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened perishable or consumable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect


7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, Ariov™ begins processing and changes can no longer be guaranteed.


8. Additional Notes

  • All returns require prior approval from Ariov™

  • We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the conditions above

  • Our goal is always to reach a fair resolution that respects both our customers and the integrity of Ariov™ products
